Chow cafe is available from 7:00 AM – 12:00 AM, seven days a week. Please note that this is subject to restaurants opening and closing times.

Chow cafe is available throughout Johannesburg. Pop open the app to see the restaurants in your area.
How do I start using Chow cafe?
1. Download the app.
2. Choose from the full menu of Johannesburg’s best restaurants.
3. Place your order and follow along as your meal is prepared.
How much does Chow cafe cost?
Chow cafe offers different meals at varying prices.
Note that prices and offers on the Chow cafe website and in the Chow cafe app may differ from prices and offers in the restaurant.
How do you select restaurants?
We’ve partnered with top restaurants in Johannesburg to bring their menus to Chow cafe.

What if I have a problem with my order?
We’re here to help. Once you’ve placed an order, just contact our support team from within the app and we’ll take care of your issue.
What do I do if I was double charged?
If you believe you have been charged for a cancelled order or have been charged twice for the same order, it is most likely an authorization hold.
For security reasons, we may occasionally verify that your payment method is valid.
This process allows us to prevent fraud and ensure that you don't need to add a payment method after each order or trip.
